Wood Park Students Celebrate 'Apple Day'

A group of adults and a young student sit around a table in a classroom setting, engaged in a learning activity.

Students in Reilly Iles’ class at Wood Park Primary celebrated “Apple Day” with a handful of core lessons about the fruit.

The students rotated among stations that included identifying the parts of an apple, identifying patterns in apple colors and coloring an apple.

Assistant superintendent Scott Oshrin visited the class on Thursday to participate in the lesson.
