WOOD PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL

Wood Park second graders are creating a legacy on Friday that they will leave behind at the primary school.

The legacy project involves the students using glaze to paint ceramic cupcakes.

After the glaze is applied, each student's ceramic cupcake will be placed in a kiln in the art room.

And, ultimately the entire set of ceramic cupcakes will be arranged as part of a display that will remain at the school as a big book cover based on the children's book, "If You Give A Cat A Cupcake."
